How to import music to GarageBand from Messenger?

A friend send me songs to Facebook's Messenger and I need to get them to GarageBand. I can't find anything like upload a file in Messenger. Is there a way to do this?

Adding music from macOS to iPhone through cloud music library. For a while, my Apple music library hasn't been up to date, and it takes hours or days to add a few songs to my Cloud music library. Usually, when I update my Cloud music library, it shows a progression bar; now, it doesn't show up at all. IDK if it's just me, or this means that Apple Music needs to be fixed in the next software update.

Copy music onto children's YOTO player I am trying to copy music onto my children's YOTO player and I get the error: "could not be converted because protected files cannot be converted to other formats." is there any way to do that? Thanks!
