When you subscribe to something in-app, or make a different kind of in-app purchase, then that should take effect immediately once the payment processing is done.
Subscriptions should be listed in: See your subscriptions overview - Apple.
In-app purchases such as coins, gems, resource packs, etc. would get listed somewhere in the game app itself.
