Why are my Safari tab icons displaying the wrong favicons?

In Safari for iPhone, the icons for some of my tabs are incorrectly displaying the favicon of the wrong website. How do I fix this?

I have this problem too. Most suggested solutions are for Mac or Windows desktop Safari. I need a solution for iPad mobile Safari browser. It’s a recent issue, I wonder if it has anything to do with iOS 17.6.1 upgrade?
