Indeed, I opened with the pages application a word file.
Then, some phrases are inside a blue box.
How can I remove this box please.

Pages does not support Word indexes, references, or other Word-specific features. Those that it does not reject out of hand, may confuse it and result in your blue outline. How about taking a screenshot and then drag and drop that image into your reply so I can see it?
