I redeem a $15 apple gift card on my account which i can see the balance on my account showing $15. I’m trying to buy coins on my efootball account with my apple account and it always brings up unable to purchase , error 26-20-0 . I keep trying my best and everything I can but it doesn’t seem to work. I need you to look into these and please help me out.
Is the $15 enough to also cover the sales tax that is added to your purchase in the final steps of the sale?
If not, you need to redeem another gift card or add a different payment method as a backup.
