Could any guide me towards - change [Full name] in outlook runing in MacOS envoirment - office 365 - see screendump added...
as all links guide me to menu I don't have in this envoirment.... thanks in advance

I think you're looking in the wrong place to change the sender's name. You should consult Microsoft, or post your question in a Microsoft product support forum. The information shown in your screenshot is populated from the Exchange account settings, not the other way around.
Thanks - I'll give that a shoot and see if any can guide me!
for the record all my accounts are IMAP and haven't any Exchange prefrences about them!
