My iPad Pro is unable to screen mirror with any monitor using USB C to HDMI adaptor

I have a 5th Generation Airpad Pro and cannot mirror the screen with any monitor using USB C to HDMI adaptor. I have tired four different monitors and my TV and three different HDMI cables - all of them work with our other laptops and PCs, it is only the Airpad that doesn't. All devices say no HDMI signal detected.

I have done evert troubleshooting method I can find but nothing.

Any ideas, thank you
