I have just received some tickets via email on my mac, I wanted hard copies but when I go to print them the ticket booking information is totally blank, I just get the colourful template, how do I solve this problem please?

Take a screenshot of your screen with the ticket showing in your email, then print that screenshot.
Take a screenshot on your Mac - Apple Support
You may also be able to drag the ticket from your email to your Desktop and double click to open it. You may be able to print it from there.
