Earthquake warning in Portugal only warned on Android cell phones

An earthquake recently occurred in Portugal. Most Android cell phones received a notification warning of the earthquake at the exact moment, while Apple devices did not warn of anything.

The earthquake occurred during the early hours of the morning (5:11 AM) where most people were sleeping.

It was important to have this service active on Apple devices, especially on Apple Watches for those who sleep with them. I hope Apple reads my message and can do something. Because this service could also save lives in the future.
