Sorry that your MacBook Pro would need to be one introduced in 2021 or later in order to pair.

Also, not all Signia hearing aids can be paired with Mac computers.

Seems many Signia hearing aids are compatible with iPhone and iPad, yet those listed below are also compatible with some of the most recent Mac computers (ie: all Macs with M2 and M3 chip, and some of those with M1 chip):

says:

"MFi hearing devices marked with an asterisk (*) use bidirectional streaming, which enables you to talk hands-free. "
