Apple TV with LG TV Volume Announcements

My Apple TV is connected to a LG TV and the volume was being announced for every level! I thought it was accessibility settings in Apple TV but after doing everything that was possible to make sure VoiceOver and everything else was turned off on Apple TV, I next checked LG TV settings.

In LG TV settings I went to general, accessibility, audio guidance and selected the off option and that stopped the volume announcements!

Don’t know how it got turned on, but so thankful it’s now off!

Thank you to everyone who helped lead me in the right direction. I just thought I’d add the steps for LG TV since I didn’t see them in the responses from previous posts.

Just a bit more information. I too have the same...LG TV with AppleTV. My LG is a 2019 model with the magic remote. I have a soundbar attached to the TV as well via the optical out. What I noticed is the LG remote is actually better to use for my version of the appletv (I do not have the latest remote, I have the older one that is touch only). However, it will not control the volume of the soundbar so I have to use the Apple TV remote to do that via IR. But, it used to. I suspect this is because I set up the soundbar via the optical out via connecting to it via HDMI. Just thought I'd throw that into the mix in case anyone has the same issue. I suppose if I buy a new remote, it will be better for sure.
