Kernel Panics on Macbook Pro M1 2020

I started facing kernel panics on my Mac around a month ago. I tried reinstalling the OS from recovery and removing third-party applications, it worked fine for a few days and the issue reappeared. So I took it a service center, they did a clean OS install and run hardware diagnostics which showed no issues. It worked fine for a few days and the issue reappeared. The system is up-to-date. The system crashes with a pink screen when it boots, only Siri and search icons show up on the top bar and there is no Wifi icon etc. (this is always the pattern before the crash). This does not happen every time, once or twice a day but I need to restart the system 5-6 times for it to boot properly. Here is the most recent panic string:

I have attached the details for the most recent panic log. Any ideas on what might be the issue?

OK, external devices would have been my first question...what about external displays?

The first thing you pasted and the panic log reference AppleTunneledPCIE and the Thunderbolt Controller kext being the last one loaded before the panic (which usually correlates to the cause of the panic).

You say that if the Wifi icon isn't loaded, the system crashes. Do I take the converse is also true - if the Wifi icon manages to load the system doesn't crash?

On first glance, you might want to run hardware diagnostics or even take it in to an Apple Store. Seems like a PCI bus issue...

Then I would be leaning towards an intermittent hardware issue with either the Wifi adapter or the PCI bus. That's going to be hard to diagnose conclusively even with the built in diagnostics...the techs at an Apple store have slightly more robust testing systems. You might consider an appointment.
