When your iMac calendar stops syncing with your Samsung Galaxy phone, the issue could be due to several factors, including problems with account settings, connectivity, or software updates.

See if any of the following can help:

  • Ensure that both devices are using the same calendar account (e.g., Google, Outlook, etc.).
  • Force a Calendar sync on both devices.
  • Verify that both devices have the latest software versions.
  • Remove, and then, re-add the Calendar account.
  • Check Calendar permissions on both devices.
    • On your iMac, open System Settings > Privacy & Security > Calendar and ensure your calendar app has access.
    • On your Galaxy phone, go to Settings > Apps > [Your Calendar App] > Permissions, and ensure calendar permissions are granted.
