Hello! Why when i call someone,just a particular number it’s show “Domiciliu” under their names and when i call someone, like everyone says “phone”?

That means “Home” in Romanian. Based on that, I’d say the number is a home number rather than a mobile number, but your knowledge of the person you are calling might she additional light. If you go to the Contacts app and look at their contact card what does it say?
