Does it also block spam on my iPhone if I have it running on my iMac? I use my iPhone 10/1 for mail. If not, it's useless to me. Does anyone know of a spam filter that will run on my iPhone?

There are no spam filters I know of that run directly on your iPhone. Whether your Mac's spam filter will help depends on how its mail app is set up. If the mail account is IMAP and the Mac filters out the spam, then that spam message will also be deleted (or moved to a spam folder, etc.) on the iPhone. However, if your iPhone checks messages before the spam filter on the Mac can run, then you'll still see the spam message on the iPhone.
Some email providers provide spam filters as part of their features and with those, spam messages are blocked before your device, of any type, even receives is.
Regards.
