Message pay doesn’t recognize wallet credit cards
When trying to send funds with Apple Pay via iMessage, credit cards entered in Wallet are not recognized? Re-adding cards with add card option results in card already entered message.

Yes, Apple Cash is a prepaid debit card. But it can only be funded by another debit card. You cannot use a credit card to to add funds to Apple Cash or as a source for P2P transfers utilizing Messages app.
