How to remove dots between words when typing on Pages?
Why are suddenly, we have to have dots between words when typing, how do we remove them.

The dots show spaces.
Menu > View > Hide Invisibles.

The keyboard shortcut in Pages to toggle Show/Hide Invisibles is shift+cmd+i which is on that menu item that Yellowbox has provided.
