You don't. The Google Play store does not contain any apps that will run on an iPhone and the App Store will be required to redownload the Amazon app.
If you just removed it from the Home Screen, it will be available in your App Library by swiping all the way to the left. If it is there you will be able to find it by entering "Amazon" in the search field.
