What are the age requirements for using Apple Pay?
My kid is 13 yo and adding a card to apple pay fails as “account not supported”

Israel has a higher minimum age requirement than Apple’s. This is due to banking and other regulations in your country. I believe the minimum age is 15. You can confirm this by contacting Apple Support in your country.
