Is there a way in photos to display all the photos taken on a month and day for all years

My primary photo library is Apple Photos. However I keep a back up of all my photos in Microsoft OneDrive - it's one of several backups. Every day I get an email from OneDrive showing all the photos I have saved that were taken on that specific day over the years. For example today I received an email that displayed all the photos taken on August 30 - which is today - for every year. On the one hand it's an interesting way to look at the past and recall some memories, but it could be a great way to edit older photos by slicing them into smaller manageable groups. I have lots of photos that predate digital cameras and were scanned and need editing. I want to find a way in Photos to select all the photos for specific dates - for example August 30 - for every year. If it could be automated like the "memory montages" that show up periodically that would be even better. Any ideas? Thanks.

Mike ~ Yes, I believe it would be possible to do by creating a custom shortcut:

You can get a rough idea of how it would look from this similar situation on iPhone:

iphone shortcut to open photo by specific date

Your shortcut wouldn't ask for the date, it would generate the date for each year after a Repeat action. This may help:

I tried entering my granddaughter's birthday, April 21, into the search field in Photos. I got hundreds of pictures, mostly of her birth and her birthday parties, but also of things like the Royal Salute for the Queen's birthday. Seems to work OK.

Because I have lots of scanned images, and I hate doing the "Adjust" for each picture, I put the date in the title, like "2005 04 21 - Royal Salute." So I can use a Smart Album with "Title" "includes" "04 21" This works well-- at least for the pictures I've labeled.
