Turning off the “I’m driving message”

I just got my iPhone 15 a few weeks ago. I have done everything everyone has said all over the internet. I don’t have drive focus on. And when I did I told it to NOT send anything, and I selected activate manually. Yet still, no matter what, every time I’m connected to Bluetooth in my car it texts “I’m driving” back and it’s the most irritating thing. I’ve also chosen to text no one, deleted the focus, re added it with the above specifications and it’s still happening.
