my macbook wont turn on after remote erease, i was talking to an apple service rep and he told me to factory reset my mac i would have to do the remote erase with the find my app, so i did and an hour later i tried turning it on and it would not make a noise or even light up the keyboard, the screen is broken by the way, its been charged i swear, its a 2019 13 inch macbook pro
