I bought an iPad on the Apple Store and paid with my Apple balance. I placed the order on August 25, the expected delivery date is from September 4 to September 11. Until today, I only received an order confirmation email and a thank you email. They still haven't deducted my money. Did I buy it successfully? I'm so confused.

Apple does not charge you until your order ships.
You receive a confirmation email that your order has been received.
Once it ships, you should receive another email stating it is on it’s way.
in the emails you receive, there should be a link for tracking your order.

That usually indicates the device is still in production. Apple historical has not billed until the item ships. Then you get the "on its way's email that also has a link to your invoice.
