How to fix sleep tracking issues on my iPhone Health App?

my iphone isnt tracking my sleep so ive gone to data sources to see whats wrong and my iphone isnt coming up on there. its a data source for all my other thinge, steps ect. but its not showing up for sleep, therefore not tracking my sleep without having to do it manually. please help ive restarted my phone and deleted the health app and nothings working

On your iPhone

Open the Health app, tap Browse at the bottom of the screen, then tap Sleep. ...
Tap Full Schedule & Options.
Tap Wind Down or Sleep Goal under Additional Details.
Adjust your time, then tap Wind Down or Sleep Goal to save your changes.

Track your sleep on Apple Watch and use Sleep on iPhone

To set up a recurring sleep schedule, do the following:

In the Health app, tap Browse at the bottom right, then tap Sleep.
Scroll down to Your Schedule, then tap Full Schedule & Options.
Tap Set Your First Schedule, then select your options: ...
Tap Add.
