I bought a mac book pro 2019 from like 5 years ago ago but i didn’t turn it on once so now when i check the coverage it told me I can’t because purchase date not validated what should i do?!

A five-year-old Mac is far beyond warranty and free support coverage, whether or not it's ever been used. So there's really no need to correct the problem with the online support coverage report not returning information.

Under Apple standard warranty for a Mac, Apple promises to repair/replace parts found to be defective in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from purchase in most countries.
Since you say you are beyond the one-year date from purchase, the warranty has surely expired.
Just because you never opened it before does NOT push the warranty start date out.
Apple documents on the subject say you must contact Apple by phone if your purchase date cannot be validated.
