apple watch manufacturing defect
The back metal part of my Apple Watch became separated without any external cause or mishandling. However, I have received conflicting technical reports from two Apple authorized service providers in Egypt.
• Switch Plus: Their technical report claimed "unauthorized modification" of the metal cover at the back. This conclusion is not only incorrect but impossible, as the metal part is not removable without specialized tools, and no such modification has been made.
• Tradeline: Their technical report suggests "physical damage," implying misuse on my part. However, I must emphasize that no misuse or mishandling has occurred. This conclusion is equally unfounded.
The conflicting conclusions in these reports are concerning, as neither accurately reflects the situation. This inconsistency has only added to my frustration as I seek a fair resolution for what I firmly believe to be a manufacturing defect.
Given these circumstances, I kindly request that Apple takes a closer look at my case. I ask that you reassess the situation, considering the fact that the damage occurred without external interference and the reports are contradictory. I trust that Apple’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction will guide the resolution of this issue.
Please advise me on the next steps to ensure that my case is thoroughly and fairly reviewed. I am prepared to escalate this further if necessary, but I hope it does not come to that.
Thank you for your continued assistance, and I look forward to your prompt response.
