International Apple care theft and loss claim
I am wondering if anyone has had recent experience with filing a claim for a phone purchased in the US and then stolen while overseas in Australia. It seems like the apple care plus support is really struggling to be able to file a claim and get this sorted. Has anyone had any experience with this or know of a work around, they seem so confused how to address this issue and surely I am not the only one that has been in this position
