Recently, I’ve had trouble printing from my Canon printer. Looks like I’m having the same problem as dozens of other users have. Every time I try to print it says no air print found I called Apple. They went through the same steps over and over and over again. Then they said I should call Canon about a firmware update. I went into my system settings and there was a firmware update available, and I updated the printer. Tried to print from my phone and still the same message no air print printer found. Apple wants me to do a complete reset on my phone and I don’t think that’s going to be the answer. This is an Apple issue. It’s the same issue everybody else is having. I don’t know why Apple is not addressing this with their users. We pay enough for these phones and the support has not investigated the problem. I’ve spoken to three people at Apple Support. They told me to download iTunes on my computer. I did that, but they said since I only have Windows 7 I can’t do anything with my iPhone to reset it. This is very frustrating because we should have the ability to do what we want with these phones. In the meanwhile, Apple keeps updating their iPhones, charging more and this is the result. I have this iPhone 14 Pro a year. Had no trouble up until now after the recent update. It’s not my printer..

Nah, it's NOT an Apple issue. As Lawrence Finch correct points out, if it was, this forum would be flooded with complaints about not being to use AirPrint. On the current release of iOS 17.6.1, I have no issues printing from either of our two iPhones or two iPads.

Since we can't see your network, your printer or your iPhone, we can't diagnose what the issue is, but the link Lawrence provided may help you.

I can tell you anytime I've had a printer issue, I unplug the printer. I reboot my router, then plug the printer back in. The printer does HAVE to be connected to the same network, the phone is connected to. And usually, Canon has a printer app, you can use to print from. Do you have the Canon Printer app?
