iPhone XR Alarm Short Tones

The alarm is not giving a constant tone; instead, it goes off in 5 short tones about every 1 minute. I would like a constant tone. This is a problem that has occurred only recently within the past month.

Random two tone notification in night on iPhone 16 despite being on silent and Do Not Disturb mode iPhone 16 is on silent and in Do Not Disturb with allowed apps/calls etc all set correctly. However I’m getting a two tone alert at random hours of the night with no indication of why! (No messages/notifications etc) As someone with bad enough sleep as it is, it’s really annoying as it keeps waking me up!!
