Random two tone notification in night on iPhone 16 despite being on silent and Do Not Disturb mode

Since you are still receiving two alert tones even when Do Not Disturb (DND) is enabled, it indicates that DND may not be configured correctly. By default, DND silences calls and notifications, but exceptions can be added through the Focus settings.

Check if you have unintentionally allowed notifications from:

• A specific person or a group of people (under Allowed People).
• A particular app (under Allowed Apps).
• Another Focus mode (like Work, Sleep, or Personal) that might be overriding your DND settings.

If any of these are enabled, those alerts will bypass DND and still make sounds. To fix this, review your DND configuration in Settings → Focus → Do Not Disturb and remove or adjust the allowed contacts and apps.
