Screenshots of instructions for older versions of Apple Mail?

Hi, I'm a Level 1 tech support person for a very small email hosting company and this is the first time I've ever supported people who have older iPads. I'm currently working with a customer who has an older version of Apple Mail that does not have the same settings that I have on my current iPad air so it's really difficult for me to instruct him on how to find the outgoing mail server settings and make sure that "Use SSL" is selected and that his settings are using the correct port number. Is there a place where I can find screenshots of older versions of Apple Mail so that I can follow along with the customer and make sure his settings are correct? Is there a place on the Apple Support website that has a manual for older versions of Apple Mail? My boss is working with another customer right now so I can't ask him.
