How do I access NVRAM reset options on my MacBook Pro?

So my macbook suddenly stooped working when i saw today morning and after searching how to fix the issue i find out i need to reset nvram but unfortunately as soon as i am seeing the option of choosing macintosh and setting i am not able to select any of them bcs my cursor in not moving it got stuck at one place so how do i reset nvram

You don't need the mouse cursor - NVRAM is reset with a key-combo on startup: Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support


Unless you have an M-series Apple Silicon Mac, in which case, resetting NVRAM isn't a thing.
