lack E-sim option on my iPhone 11 pro max
my iPhone 11 pro max does not have the e-sim option in mobile settings what could be the issue yet am running the latest iOS, latest software
What is the model number in Settings>general>About?
Where did you purchase the phone?
If it was originally sold in China, Hong Kong, or Macau, it does not have an eSIM.
