Hi, my phone has 128 of memory I’m only using 38.99 yet it says I have no storage left, any help please?
I’ve tried deleting apps and deleting photos

Are you sure its referring to your iPhone's local storage capacity? Or is it maybe referring to iCloud?
Those are 2 different things.

If you go to Settings ➜ General ➜ iPhone Storage what does the storage usage look like?
If you go to Settings ➜ Apple ID ➜ iCloud does it say its full?
