Why have I got no storage after paying
I bought more storage to update my phone and it says 84-200 storage left but when using apps it tells me I do not have enough storage can anyone help ??

It sounds like you are confused between iCloud storage and storage on your iPhone.
The storage on your iPhone is fixed.....it cannot be increased. If you are receiving messages that there is not enough storage on your phone, then the only solution will be to delete apps, photos, music, messages, etc to create more room.
