What should I do if my iCloud storage is full?
I am unable to backup my phone or my iPad. I have purchased a new iPad. How do I go about backing up the old one so I can start the new one?

Depending upon where you are this should be no issue:
Get temporary iCloud storage when you buy a new iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
If storage space is going to be an ongoing issue, either reduce your need or subscribe to more.

Change to a different plan using an iPad or iPhone:
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
3. Tap the name of the subscription that you want to change.
