Why does my Mac keep losing its internet connection?
When I open my Mac, after like 30 minutes my internet goes off and never connects again until I close and open my internet

That's even worse. You do know that the US Government and the EU have banned Kaspersky from all govt computers, right? You should uninstall that software according to the developer's instructions and then run Etrecheck to see if there's any residual files left over on your Mac?
If you restore your Mac from your Time Machine backup after erasing and reinstalling the system you're bringing over from TM the files you're trying to get rid of.
Apple has some steps here that might help, though they mostly apply when you have no Internet connection at all:
If your Mac isn't connecting to the internet over Wi-Fi - Apple Support
Have you installed and run any "cleaning", "optimizing", "speed-up", anti-virus or VPN apps on your Mac?
And how are you closing and opening your internet?
Ok thank you😊
Yes I downloaded malwarebytes and ccleaner but I reinstalled my Mac so they’re gone why did you ask?
also i close my modem
I also used kaspersky (which is also vpn)

It could be. Do it and see if the conditions improve.
