How do I request refund for my payments

go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. it will show all your purchases and you can request a refund for them through the same website

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it; otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
