I need support to uninstall apps from my MacBook Pro.
Later on to delete my account in this machine.

Some can easily be removed, as per > Uninstall apps on your Mac - Apple Support
Ones that used an Installer package, should also have an Uninstaller package.
Later on to delete my account in this machine.
