Trying to watch live mls, getting couldn't load video error. Everything else loads

Sorry to hear that you are missing out on a live feed. Subscribers will be able to watch replays. I realize that is not the same.
On what device is this happening? What is its version system software? Try to keep updated to the latest version, and verify if that happened — as an Automatic Updates setting may not always go as intended.
Have you tried a cold restart of the device?
Have you checked System status - Apple Support? If that doesn’t list known outages, then it may be specific to your access (device, network, settings, etc.).
