How can I report Apple Pay fraud
I send a friend $600 on Apple Pay for a loan and the person asking was a person who stole her phone is there any way to get my money back

It’s Apple Cash, not Apple Pay. Apple Cash is cash, just like the name implies. The funds are gone and cash transactions have no fraud protection like a credit card might.
If you believe you are the victim of a scam, please contact Apple Support and report it to local law enforcement. Report the fraud to the local police so that if the iPhone is recovered, it can be linked to this crime as well.
