Apple does not recognize my student subscription when trying to access apple tv+, I have a student membership with apple music

There is no “using my student subscription” for MLS matches, as MLS is a separate subscription (same for non-students). There is no special offer in that case for MLS, but anyone can still choose to subscribe to MLS. It doesn’t depend on Apple TV+. Discounts and offers for MLS when also being an Apple TV+ subscriber do not apply, as these students do not subscribe to that specifically.

The free Apple TV+ add-on would not show as a subscription on your account, as intended for these Apple Music Student subscribers. Just access the Apple TV+ catalog shows to watch those.

Apple Music Student subscriptions may include Apple TV+ services in countries and country-like regions where both are available. Nowhere does it say that MLS is included — that is a separate subscription, unrelated to Apple Music Student.

Did I miss something? Because I believe @mobomba said while they want MLS, thinks they can’t get it with the offer.

i believe they’re stuck with seeing the Apple TV with music offer - still can’t get it to work.

i did just have a recent previous appletv+ subscription expire, but don’t know why Apple tv isn’t kicking in yet, even after trying to access it through my music as per instructions
