Would like more in on WebKit notifications and json file on iPhone

I got an alert from my bank saying I just logged in on a new device from a WebKit. I was unaware of logging into my account recently. Then I got the notification as I get on my banking app, I was able to remove the login from the WebKit that was on there, I get a notification on my phone saying there’s a WebKit on there, all this could be normal, but I’m having accounts being shut down the bank they are telling me my account is compromised and and I talked with customer service from Apple, but from what I’m understanding, WebKit is not an apple product or company is this normal? I’ve had to reset my phone many times this was on a reset device with new accounts and everything. Also, I’m finding things called json file that could be normal with certain gaming apps or programs. I’m unaware of these, but I’m finding them on certain device. Can anyone help me with some information on this? I found a file called Json boot strap file that was deleted from my son’s iCloud. And I don’t know that if that could’ve came from deleting one of his games I’ve had to clear out many things and reset our devices. I’m being told from companies. I have compromised accounts, but nobody can really explain to me. What is going on. I will try to include some pictures if anybody can help just clarify things for me and tell me what steps are best to take. I’m also had some issues with my settings. I’ll get a notification that I need to activate my ESIM and it will change in my settings to where I am able to click on it. I have talked with Apple and they suggested getting a new E-sims which I have but still get the notifications. Verizon has suggested to me that I have the option of getting two Esims with two different numbers which I have and that is changed for me getting the notification now. But I’ve just had different issues like that going on with my phone and many more. I know a lot of this is probably just normal stuff with computers but if anybody can explain or clarify exactly what some of these things are to me I would greatly appreciate it.

It's going to be a bit difficult to sort out all of your isssues and questions here, but a bit of information:

WebKit is not a retail product as such. It's a core development environment and set of software code, used as the core of the Safari web browser and other applications that need to access the Web. It was originally developed by Apple and they contribute to the project, but it's open and available for other developers to use. So there could be a number of apps that might report to an Internet provider as coming from "WebKit".

I'd guess that the JSON file is a leftover from an app such as Minecraft. If it's on iCloud Drive, I'd guess that it was a part of a game that was moved from an iPhone when the device was set to move unused apps to iCloud to save space on the iPhone. But I have no way of knowing for certain.

As to issues with compromised accounts, that's not going to be an issue with your iPhone. Accounts are much more likely to compromised due to a scam that managed to extract personal account information from you, your son, or someone else with knowledge of your account information. You'll need to continue to work with the companies with whom you have accounts to deal with those problems. This information may help you try to recognize any such scams in the future:

Thank you!!

One more question if you’re able to help. We have been told to set up two-step verifications and things like that. We are getting emails from companies with verification codes and this is how they mention our name. As Nullnull for our online security with AT&T. And it was a legitimate email. It had the code I needed to login. Also, I was getting alerts on my phone and I was able to click on one and my iCloud email was sending some type of file call logs.zip to some mbmobile1.applogs_@m and I wasn’t able to get the rest of the address. I have learned not to click on things that I’m not aware of. I will include the pictures and maybe you can help me understand this, but I called Apple about that apparently this is some type of security company but an app I don’t have or anything that I set up. Apple customer service had me go under my file log and the file that was being sent was not under my files. They had me check my deleted and nothing was there. They then proceeded to tell me that it never was sent. I said yes I clicked on it but I never was sending anything to this company. I don’t even know what it is. Sorry that’s two questions I know lol. There’s just a lot going on that. I’m trying to understand and figure out how to safely make the best choices.

Again, thank you so much for taking the time to answer all those questions before! It is greatly appreciated!

The AT&T message is perfectly normal. That's now most two-factor authentication systems work, you log in on their site and then they send some sort of request for confirmation to the cellphone number or email address you have registered with them. As lobsterghost said, you should have two-factor authentication set up on any financial accounts, Social Security, or anything else that holds highly sensitive data. Many such sites now actually require it.

The one purporting to be from McAfee is suspicious, unless you were talking with McAfee support (and you had called them directly for support rather than responding to some unsolicited popup, email or text you may have received offering help) and they instructed you to send those logs.
