How comes random apps I don’t use take up all my storage

Hello my lovely people can you help me out on this predicament I am in again please it’s a brand new phone same number and I have a apps popping up taking up all my storage is it normal to have a Gmail app I cannot sign into a WhatsApp app I did not require three times and contacts app Messages app I thought they were part of the phone on the other things you needed email address for I have suspected that it is possibly hacked for a 2years now!!! I’m trying to protect my elderly dad who relays on this number!!I want you to know how to find my Hocker he keeps getting into out new phones and new email addresses he changes one letter or takes one away or my email address on and then change my password and makes it impossible for us toGet in ( I am petty sure it’s an old friend who k owns all my family details if that help you help me??? can anybody just tell me what they think is happening without all the technology BS no offense I got a clue I just want to know the facts please

Preventing Others Accessing your Data:

That would depend on what information that is. If you are so concerned, then you should secure all you accounts and devices, starting with a new password and, perhaps, a new eMAil account, making it your Apple Account primary eMail address.


Securing your Accounts:

A. Verify your Devices:

Verify that all device are logged in to your account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support


B. Modify your Credentials:

Having been stollen, someone lily has your credentials. So, by all means, modifying them.


C. Contact Apple Support:

Being that you think your account has been hacked, perform the above, and contact Apple Support, ASAP. They'll run you through the fix.

D. Create Account Recovery Codes:

To prevent a hacked account, one thing to keep in mind is to create recovery codes for whatever apps you use that have this option --particularly your Apple Account and eMail Accounts:


E. Report Scam Info:

You can report phone call's and message's info to Apple and others (such as your government), through use of the Photos app to obtain the data in the message. Use my User: Using the Photos App to Report Scams - User Tip

Troubleshooting iPhone Storage:
