Unparing apple watch on iPhone 15

So, I’ve tried to setup my old apple watch SE and it was successful. But then all of sudden it got it into pairing mode again.

Now I cannot unpair watch on watch app, cuz it’s infinitely loading and unpair button is greyed out.

I’ve tried to pair it as a new watch, but I couldn’t.

Btw, applewatch doesn’t appear on findmy.

Received the alert that I needed to update my watch, when I selected to start the update I then received a notification that I needed to unpair my watch and repair it before doing the update. I successfully unpaired it, but now it won’t re-pair with my phone. Apple Watch connected to iPhone but not working Hi I have a very strange issues I connected my watch to my iPhone and it all worked fine however this morning it wasn’t working, I had to restart my watch but this restarted as if it was factory reset, I cannot re pair it as my phone is saying the watch is still paired and the option to unpair is greyed out on my iPhone, I’ve tried logging in to iCloud but the watch isn’t on there as if it’s not paired, I cannot delete the watch app as it’s saying I need to unpair the watch first but nothing will allow me to unpair the watch off my iPhone.

Did you try to force restart both of your devices?

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.
