iPhone and hearing aids (specifically Phonak Audeo and iPhone 13)

When on a phone call my hearing aid cuts out the shut down tone plays and I can only hear thru one hearing aid. That goes back and forth and it is unbearable. Tried everything phonak support said try. No fix It has to be a Bluetooth or a phone connectivity issue. Can somebody help?

Does your iPhone 13 still have its original battery?

And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...

Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging
