When I try to transfer an image or video to the external storage via the Files app, I get the message "attribute not found." I found the solution on Apple Support, but it worked only once and the issue returned. What is the final solution to this problem?

If you had those files on Cloud Drives (iCloud Drive, Google Drive, OneDrive, DropBox, Flickr, box, AmazonDrive, Adobe Creative Cloud etc) Then please log into them before you can access those files on Files App.
They are not in the cloud drive
Look when I transfer them to the external memory it either says (attribute not found) or it appears like this
