Re: Apple AirPods Pro 2 return policy

The above will be available retail on 09/20/2024. I know standard Apple in store returns are w/in 14 days.

THREE Questions:

#1. Is this true for AirPods also considering they have been in someone else’s ears?

#2. How can I be assured that a pair I buy have not been in someone else’s ears?

#3. what is apple’s policy with regard to reselling AirPods?

Out of warranty, out of cash Purchased airpods pro from Very mail order. 18 months in they die big time. I look after them, they stay in their case when not in use. Take to the Apple store and they say go to Very to see if they can help - you get 2 years if bought directly from Apple. Very basically said no because they are over their warranty. So, this is the second time I've bought airpods and they've died. Apple, please....I can't afford to buy a third set :-( I am falling out of love with you.

return airpods Found Airpods last year at Singapore airport. Today my conscious told me to return them. Finally posting here if someone can help me to return to owner
