AirPod Connection Failure - Help!

I just upgraded my phone from the 13 Pro to the 15 Pro Max last night. My AirPods Pro had no issue connecting to my old phone but with my new one, it keeps popping up as "Connection Failure". My phone is updated to the current iOS update, my AirPods are fully charged, my bluetooth is on, I clicked "forget device" on my AirPods & did the reset method and yet nothing is working. I would greatly appreciate if somebody provide some guidance on how I can make my AirPods connect to my phone.

try restarting your phone and resetting your AirPods again by holding the setup button until the light flashes amber and then white.

Make sure your AirPods are not connected to any other device nearby. If the issue persists, try resetting the network settings on your phone (Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings)
