respond with text changes the country code of the recipient

Hi there,

For some reason, if someone is calling me and I cannot answer the phone, but chose to respond with text, the country code of the recipient is automatically changed, thus the message does not go through. I am based in Kenya, and my region is updated to Kenya, and Date and time set to automatic.

My country code is +254 - but it changes their number to +255.
